Besides The Mystery of the Yeti Albums d:::

Invisible Man in a Florescent Suit
Shpongle Spores
Star Shpongled Banner
A New Way to Say Hooray ( Also Prometheus Remix, Which I wonder if benji has more stuff like that)
and finally; Nothing Lasts But Nothing is Lost with Exhalation.

No favorite because they all have their own story

That's such a great story Simon!

My top songs are probably: Invisible Man (yes, the build up...I want to create a dance to this SO bad someday!), No Turn-Unstoned (doing my first solo choreography to this song), How The Jellyfish Jumped Up The Mountain... and of course: Nothing Is Something Worth Doing.

Simon played at All Good on my 26th birthday and I remember it was Thursday because I drove 18 hours from Chicago to the festival and had such a horrible day, thought I'd never make it to see him. Somehow I manage to make it there and I remember him starting to play this song, it started raining and there weren't many people there so I just danced barefoot in the middle of the field, I felt like I was all alone dancing to the music in my head. At that moment I just felt like even though it seemed like all odds were against me, here I was loving life. Every time I hear that song, I am reminded of that. I effing love that song. :::]

Blissful awareness was the first Shpongle song we heard tripping, so it holds a very special place - the peak of that song is just, uh, well, as indescribable as all of Simon's work! We played that & I Am You at our wedding! Day to night was like an enchanted untold tale that seemed timeless, Jellyfish is crazy beautiful & ^I agree about weird on a monday night!^ SO fun! Oh! 6th & 7th revelations! Odd particle is my new fave!!! Ok, this is a loaded question my friend, I'm just going to list every song, so I'll stop :)

I have to go with Simon on this one, And the day turned to night probably takes the cake for me. I'm also a huge fan of Around the world in a tea daze, Shpongleyes, I Am You, Ineffable Mysteries, How the Jellyfish Jumped over the mountain.

And the Day turned to Night. I was so thrilled when we finished it - a 20 minute track, in 7/8. No plugins those days, so all the effected drum fills I had to drop-in to multitrack tape, by hand. Also I love the effected atmospheres and voices at the beginning, and some beautiful flute by Raja. I remember holding up cards with the chord changes, as he recorded his part live. Some was recorded in the garden at sunrise, where a pheasant approached him, and stood at his feet, with his head cocked to one side (it was a male, as it had the bright plumage) while Raj played flute.

Invisible Man was started as a remix of Day2Nite, but quickly became its own track... But it's also another favourite of mine - the build up with the drums until the horns come in :)

Behind Closed Eyelids, inneffible mysteries, outer shpongolia, around the world in a tea daze. How the jellyfish jumped up the mountain. There is no one song, so I had to do one from each album.
